    Whilst we sell and support high quality products, from time to time hardware failure does occur. In this situation we’ve got you covered with unlimited call-outs to get you back up and running.

    Downtime isn’t an option. If your system goes down, we won’t leave you stranded. We’ll bring a loan unit onsite so your meetings and presentations continue without disruption while warranty repairs are being arranged.*

    Another advantage of choosing 3 Monkeys AV for service and repairs is that we often provide full credit for the cost of your service call and repair when you upgrade to an annual support agreement – making it easier and more cost-effective to secure ongoing coverage. (Parts not included & Conditions apply.)

  • Loan Unit: Loan unit may not be an exact equivalent model, but will ensure functionality for your system until repairs are complete. This ensures minimal downtime, though certain advanced features may vary depending on the replacement unit available.

    Warranty Repairs: To effectively manage warranty claims and updates, we will require access to your system’s backend/account details (e.g., Logitech Sync, Yealink Management Platform, or equivalent). This ensures we can process repairs quickly and minimise downtime.

    Annual Renewal: Your support plan renews each year on your anniversary date, and we’ll send you an invoice for the next year’s coverage. You can choose not to renew at the end of your current term if you’d like to opt out. Please note, support (including onsite visits) will only be available once renewal payment has been received.
