Our Client sought to enhance their conference room with superior video, audio, and microphone capabilities for video conferencing and local presentations. Their objective was to create a seamless and efficient environment for both virtual and in-person meetings.
Site Visit and Discussions
To fully understand our clients needs and the specificities of their conference room, a comprehensive site visit was conducted. Where we discussed and planned the most suitable equipment and configuration.
Proposed Solution
In line with the client’s goals, the following solution was proposed:
- Interactive Touch Screen: An 86” interactive display was recommended for local presentations. This touch screen would facilitate interactive presentations, enhancing engagement and clarity.
- Logitech Rally Bar System: For video conferencing, the Logitech Rally Bar system was suggested. This includes three ceiling pendant microphones to ensuring high-quality audio captured from all areas of the conference room.
- Single Cable Connectivity: To streamline usage, a single cable connectivity system was proposed. This would connect all components to a central conference room HUB, ensuring simplicity and ease of use.
