AV Servicing, Repairs & Support Plans
Our standard call-out fee is $240 + GST, which includes the first 30 minutes on site. After the initial half hour, additional time is charged at $90 + GST per 30-minute block. If we assess your system and determine that it cannot be repaired and requires an upgrade, we will credit the full call-out fee towards the purchase of your new AV system.
We provide ongoing servicing and maintenance to ensure all our clients AV systems operate reliably. Regular check-ups extend the life of equipment, reduce downtime, and ensure staff and students can use the technology with ease. Our servicing includes:
- Classroom Systems – Testing interactive displays, speakers, microphones, and connectivity to ensure seamless teaching and learning.
- Portable PA Systems – Battery checks, microphone testing, and sound quality adjustments for all events from weddings/funerals to outdoor sporting classes.
- Video Conferencing Systems – Firmware updates, camera and microphone calibration, testing and diagnosing system issues and integration support for smoother meetings.
- School Hall PA & Projection – Inspecting speakers, projectors, and control systems in halls and undercover areas to maintain clear audio and sharp visuals during events and performances.
We offer complete servicing, repairs, and ongoing maintenance, from all-in-one support packages that cover faults, or custom packages with preventative maintenance and hardware updates, through to one-off callouts to quickly resolve issues as they arise.
Another benefit of using 3MAV Service and Repairs is we usually are willing provide full credit for the cost of your service call and repair towards annual support agreement. Conditions apply.
